MASSAGE
~Swedish Massage: a general massage combining kneading and long, flowing strokes for general relaxation. Deep or light, depending on your preference and comfort level.
~Pregnancy Massage: during a healthy pregnancy massage given in a nurturing environment can relax and rejuvenate tired and tense muscles. Please consult with your doctor before scheduling.
~Neuromuscular Massage: a deep tissue massage using trigger points that is very effective at relaxing muscle cramps, spasms, and chronic pain. NOTE- this treatment is/ may be painful.
~Sport Massage: a more intense massage used before or after an event for injury prevention and to increase performance; usually on site.
