I started my yoga journey many years ago. Searching and going to many different class. From Bikram to Hatha, to classes at school, to free/donation based classes in the SLC community. In the fall of 2013 I signed up to start my Yoga Teacher Training through SLCC. As a huge unexpected life event happend I had to drop the program until the summer semester of 2014. Since then i have been on a journey of not only learning the art and ways of yoga, but a journey that is life changing for the better of my world and the world we call earth. More to come
