Cancellation and No Show Policy
We value your time as much as we do ours. All Cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow for another client to fill that timeslot. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate a call 24 hours in advance.
No Shows or late cancellations could result in a service fee.
-No Show & Cancellation
After 3 No Shows or cancellations less than 24 hours of appointment client may owe 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Service fee will be applied to next visits total. Client may also be asked to have appointments by walk-in only.
-Late Appointments
If a client arrives 15 minutes or later than scheduled, stylist may not be able to provide service for which client is scheduled for. Clients may be asked to reschedule and cancellation fee may apply.
– Large groups and or 3+ hour appointments (Wedding parties, Keratin, corrective color, and multiple services) marked out for a service/services requires a 50% cash deposit of service to hold appointment. Deposit will be applied to service when service is completed. Deposit is non-refundable if client is a No Show or less than 24 hour cancellation notice. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is 24 hours in advance.
*24-hour cancellation is 24 hours before appointment time. Example: If client appointment is at 2pm on Wednesday client must call by 2pm Tuesday to cancel/reschedule.
